When the World Trade Center complex collapsed on September 11, 2001, the whole of New York was shaking. The occurrence of September 11 attacks has caused great impact on the international insurance industry. The issue of insurers’ ability to cover terrorism risks has once again become the focus of attention. The term “terrorism” originated in the bloody reign of Jacobins during the French Revolution at the beginning of the 18th century. The most famous move in the history of terrorist organizations was the assassination of Franz Klaus of Austria, which led to the First World War. In the 1980s alone, more than 30 (?) 000 terrorist attacks took place worldwide.
