以半刚性基层沥青路面下封层为例,研究了沥青路面层间抗剪强度影响因素。通过对5种下封层材料双层试件的直剪试验,以摩尔-库伦理论为基础评价了沥青材料和集料粒径对下封层抗剪强度的影响,拟合得到了层间τ-σ曲线和摩尔-库伦表达式,并采用灰色关联模型对沥青材料、集料粒径与层间抗剪强度进行关联性分析。结果表明:胶粉改性沥青和粒径5~10mm碎石是较好的下封层材料;沥青材料较碎石粒径对层间抗剪强度的影响更大。
Taking the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement as an example, the influencing factors of shear strength between asphalt pavement layers are studied. Based on the Mohr-Coulomb theory, the influence of asphalt material and aggregate size on the shear strength of the bottom sealer was evaluated through the direct shear tests of five kinds of under-sealer specimens. The inter-layer τ -σ curve and Mohr-Coulomb expression, and the gray relational model was used to analyze the correlation between the asphalt material, aggregate size and the interlaminar shear strength. The results show that rubber powder modified asphalt and crushed stone with particle size of 5 ~ 10mm are better sealing materials. Asphalt material has more influence on the shear strength between layers than gravel size.
