采用40Mn2Si钢制造的履带板虽然具有良好的耐磨性,但在使用过程中易发生板体断裂现象。为提高履带板的使用性能,山推总厂和攀钢共同研制了35MnTiB新型履带板型钢。文章介绍了新钢种的化学成分,冶炼工艺流程、机械加工工艺、热处理工艺及其试验结果,35MnTiB钢与40Mn2Si钢所制履带板进行的装机对比试验表明,前者的耐磨性和使用寿命均比后者有所提高,且无断裂现象。
