目的:探讨基层医院抢救车管理中实施持续质量改进的效果和意义。方法:2013年6月对浙江省宁波市北仑区人民医院各科室的11辆抢救车内医疗器械、药品和医疗其他物品等情况进行调查,找出存在的问题,针对问题进行持续质量改进,并于持续质量改进后1个月、3个月、6个月再次进行检查。结果:质量改进前存在的主要问题有抢救用医疗器械及物品未分类分层存放、药品和无菌物品过期、药品与消毒用品种类不齐全、标识不清晰、人员管理不到位等五大类。改进前出现的问题共31项(56.36%),改进后1个月检查出问题7项(12.73%),改进后3个月检查出问题5项(9.09%)。改进后1个月和3个月与改进前比较,问题明显减少(P<0.05);改进后1个月与改进后3个月比较,问题无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:许多基层医院在抢救车管理过程中存在诸多问题,通过持续质量改进,能明显减少抢救车存在的问题,提高工作质量,促进医院的可持续发展。
Objective: To explore the effect and significance of implementing continuous quality improvement in rescue vehicles management in primary hospitals. Methods: In June 2013, 11 medical vehicles, medicines and other medical supplies in emergency vehicles in 11 departments of People’s Hospital of Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province were surveyed to find out the existing problems and make continuous quality improvement for the problems. One month, three months and six months after the continuous quality improvement. Results: The main problems that existed before the quality improvement were five categories: rescue medical equipment and articles unclassified stratified storage, expired medicines and sterile articles, incomplete medicines and disinfection supplies, unclear marks and insufficient personnel management. There were 31 problems (56.36%) before the improvement, 7 problems (12.73%) one month after the improvement, and 5 problems (9.09%) after the improvement three months. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the improvement of 1 month and 3 months after improvement compared with that before the improvement, the problem was obviously reduced (P <0.05). Conclusion: There are many problems in the management of rescue vehicles in many primary hospitals. Through continuous quality improvement, the problems in rescue vehicles can be significantly reduced, the quality of work improved, and the sustainable development of hospitals enhanced.
