目的评估乳癌根治术后存活 5年以上患者的生活质量。方法通过问卷调查和直接询问的方式，参考我国 1990年试行的肿瘤病人生活质量评分项目及评分标准。结果 120例患者， 8项量化指标综合评分 (满分 40分 )， 31～ 40分者 78例， 21～ 30分者 28例， 20分以下者 14例。几乎所有病人均坚持 1项以上体能锻炼。结论本组乳癌术后存活 5年以上患者生活质量是令人满意的。及时正确的治疗和康复指导，对生活质量有积极的作用。
Objective To assess the quality of life of patients who survived radical mastectomy for more than 5 years. Methods By means of questionnaire survey and direct questioning, reference was made to China’s 1990 trial of quality of life for cancer patients and scoring criteria. Results Of the 120 patients, 8 were quantitative scores (out of 40 points), 31 to 40 were 78 cases, 21 to 30 were 28 cases, and 20 were below 14 cases. Almost all patients adhere to more than one physical exercise. Conclusion The quality of life of patients with breast cancer who survived after more than 5 years was satisfactory. Timely and correct treatment and rehabilitation instructions have a positive effect on quality of life.
