It is well known that the key to manufacturing immersion detectors is to achieve and ensure true optical contact between the lens and the detector. Lens materials should have a high refractive index, non-conductive, chemically stable properties, the expansion coefficient should match the detector. Optical materials suitable for immersion lenses are strontium titanate, arsenic trisulfide and germanium. There are two ways to prepare the optical immersion detector: The detector is chemically deposited directly on the bottom of the lens; the detector is glued to the lens with an extremely thin layer of glue. This article uses the latter method. The following describes the method of glue device. As the lens and the detector contact surface is small, but also requires both the heart accurate, so the assembly should be operated under a microscope to complete.
