以棒材末架轧机后的快速冷却装置为研究对象,试验和分析了轧后快速水冷过程的主要工艺参数对钢筋性能的影响。结果表明,缩短终轧至始冷的时间间隔可提高钢筋强度,增加冷却水量、冷却时间或冷却水压可提高钢筋强度,但会降低延伸率。降低自回火温度可提高钢筋强度,但会降低延伸率。经试验研究,在国外某棒材生产线采用Q235钢种,?18 mm钢筋自回火温度控制在570~630℃,?22 mm钢筋自回火温度控制在550~650℃,?25mm钢筋自回火温度控制在460~520℃,均可得到满足该国标准要求的钢筋。
The rapid cooling device after the last bar rolling mill was taken as the research object to test and analyze the influence of the main process parameters on the performance of the rebar after rapid rolling. The results show that shortening the time interval between final rolling and initial cooling can increase the strength of rebar. Increasing the amount of cooling water, cooling time or cooling water pressure can improve the strength of rebar, but reduce the elongation. Lowering the self-tempering temperature increases the strength of the bar, but decreases the elongation. According to the experimental research, Q235 steel bars are used in a foreign bar production line, the tempering temperature of 18 mm rebars is controlled at 570-630 ℃, the self-tempering temperature of 22 mm bars is controlled at 550-650 ℃, and the rebar of 25 mm rebars Fire temperature control at 460 ~ 520 ℃, can meet the requirements of the country’s standard reinforcement.
