备课是教师教学工作的起点和重要环节,即备课是教学前设计,是上好课的前提和基础,备课的质量高低,直接影响课堂教学的好坏。备课也是教师常谈常新的话题;是教师的一项基本教学技能,是教师教学素质的一个集中体现。自从我校开展集体备课活动以来,我觉得感受颇深,既有可喜可贺的,也有不尽人意之处。怎样组织起来的备课才是一种真正有效的备课活动:是集体的、小组的,还是个体的?我觉得只有从实践中不断摸索,不断总结方能取得较好的效
Preparation lesson is the starting point and an important part of teacher teaching, that is, preparation lesson is pre-teaching design, which is the prerequisite and foundation of good lesson. The quality of lesson preparation directly affects the quality of classroom teaching. Preparing lessons is also a common new topic for teachers; it is a basic teaching skill for teachers and a concentrated expression of teachers' teaching quality. Since my school organized collective lesson preparation activities, I feel deeply, both gratifying and unsatisfactory. How to organize a lesson preparation is a truly effective preparation lesson: collective, group, or individual? I think only from the practice of continuous exploration, keep making progress in order to achieve better results
