In order to explore the relationship between diabetes and hypertensive patients, we measured the levels of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in serum and lymphocytes in 26 non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus and 27 hypertensive patients by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. ) Content. The results showed that ① compared with the healthy control group, the two observation group serum Ca2 + and Mg2 + difference was not obvious; but the two groups of lymphocytes Ca2 + were significantly increased, Mg2 + significantly decreased between the two groups or with hypertension and not There was no significant difference between hypertensive diabetic patients. ② The intracellular Ca2 + and Mg2 + levels in systolic blood pressure were positively and negatively correlated with hypertension (r = 0.4633, r = - 0.4412, P <0.05), but not with the fasting blood glucose in diabetes. The results suggest that both diabetic and hypertensive patients with abnormal cell metabolism of Ca2 + and Mg2 +.
