用DGD包埋超薄切片的电镜观察表明,北京鸭腔上囊淋巴细胞的分化过程中,中间纤维-核纤层-核内骨架体系变化明显。淋巴母细胞的中间纤维呈致密的网络状,核纤层较薄,核内骨架纤维网络稀疏。中淋巴细胞和小淋巴细胞的中间纤维网络变得稀疏,核纤层增厚,核内骨架呈现致密的纤维网络状结构,其上附着许多颗粒样物质,抗波形蛋白抗体和抗核纤层蛋白抗体的间接免疫荧光染色同样表明,淋巴母细胞胞质的波形纤维呈网络状,核纤层呈弱阳性反应;中淋巴细胞和小淋巴细胞的胞质波形纤维网络结构不明显,核纤层则呈强阳性反应。结果提示,淋巴细胞中间纤维-核纤层-核内骨架体系的变化与淋巴细胞增殖和分化过程密切相关。

The cytoplasmic fibrous structures of lymphocytes and small lymphocytes were not obvious, Was strongly positive reaction. The results suggest that the changes of lymphocyte intermediate fiber - nuclear lamina - nucleus skeleton system are closely related to the process of lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation.
