近几年来,河北衡水供电公司十分重视员工的培训工作,紧密结合安全生产和经营管理的实际情况,认真贯彻落实省公司有关员工培训的各项方针政策,立足岗位需求,着眼企业发展,坚持以竞赛促培训、考核培训结合的工作思路,着力抓好培训组织和制度建设,不断强化培训措施,形成了赛、培、考“三位一体”的培训体系,为推动企业全面发展提供了人才保障。2007年,在省公司组织的各项技能竞赛活动中,衡水供电公司共获得两项团体第二、两项团体第三、三项个人第一、两项个人第二的良好成绩。在省公司2008年春季举办的18场次专业调考中,又取得6个单项第一、4个单项第二、2个单项第三,团体排名第二的优良成绩。
