当前,人才的竞争日趋激烈,在此背景下,事业单位对人力资源的管理和考核也愈加重视。强化人力资源管理中的绩效考核,对提升事业单位人力管理的有效性,推进事业单位健康发展具有较强的现实意义。基于此,本文对事业单位人力资源管理绩效考核存在的问题进行简要探讨,并针对性的提出解决的策略,以期为我国事业单位人力资源管理绩效考核工作的顺利开展提供一些参考和借鉴。
