目的:观察康复新液对乙酸所致SD大鼠胃溃疡动物模型病理瘢痕影响。方法:用乙酸建立SD大鼠胃溃疡模型,观察康复新液对模型大鼠胃组织中生长激素(GH)、羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、透明质酸酶(HAase)水平的影响。结果:与模型组比较,康复新液能显著降低模型大鼠的溃疡指数、胃组织GH及Hyp水平(P<0.01或P<0.001)。结论:康复新液能阻止慢性胃溃疡病理瘢痕的形成,其机制可能与抑制生长激素(GH)、羟脯氨酸(Hyp)的合成和表达,优化成纤维细胞功能有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Kangfuxin on pathological scar of animal model of gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid in SD rats. Methods: The gastric ulcer model of SD rats was established by acetic acid. The effects of Kangfuxin on the levels of GH, Hyp and HAase in gastric mucosa of model rats were observed. Results: Compared with the model group, Kangfuxinye could significantly decrease the ulcer index and the level of GH and Hyp in gastric tissue (P <0.01 or P <0.001). CONCLUSION: Kangfuxin solution can prevent the formation of pathological scar in patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Its mechanism may be related to inhibiting the synthesis and expression of growth hormone (GH) and hydroxyproline (Hyp) and optimizing the function of fibroblasts.
