近年来,通过许多病例的研究,对变异型心绞痛的临床、冠状动脉造影及病理生理有了较多的了解。然而,对其长期自然病史则了解甚少,本文报道138例变异型心绞痛随访2～4年的情况。方法:138例均有静息时心绞痛发作史,均有过暂时性ST段抬高2毫米以上而血清酶值正常,其中58例尚有劳力性心绞痛,45例曾有过心肌梗塞。病史从1天至25年不等;病史少于3个月的45例中,34例仅在静息时发生心绞痛。
In recent years, many cases of clinical study of angina pectoris, coronary angiography and pathophysiology have more understanding. However, its long history of natural history is poorly understood, this article reports 138 cases of variant angina followed up 2 to 4 years. Methods: All 138 patients had a history of angina pectoris at rest. All of them had transient ST elevation more than 2 mm and normal serum enzyme. Among them, 58 had exertional angina pectoris and 45 had myocardial infarction. The medical history ranged from 1 day to 25 years. Of the 45 cases with a history less than 3 months, 34 developed angina at rest only.
