为了适应柔性化制造系统的发展,文章以多品种、小批量混线生产的中小结构件为研究对象,对其在数控加工中的柔性高效装夹技术的应用进行了探讨。分析了目前数控加工工件装夹中存在的通用化程度低、准备时间长的问题,并通过对工装进行柔性化设计改善并应用,减少工装准备及装夹占机时间,通过实际的应用实施,减少了工件装夹准备时间,有效提高了设备利用率。
