引言随着我国石油化工的迅速发展,以丙烯、丙烷、乙烯等为工质的离心压缩机的需要量也日益增加。在前几年,我厂接受了为上海高桥化工厂试制PLS-2000丙烯离心制冷压缩机组的任务。由于我们缺乏这方面的设计资料,因此如何设计离心压缩机,使其能获得最佳效率和特性曲线,已成为重要的课题。正因为离心压缩机的通道气流运动复杂,至今,离心压缩机中的某些重要元件都还不可能可靠地用理论的方法进行损失计算,因此通过试验有重点地研究离心压缩机
Introduction With the rapid development of China’s petrochemical industry, the demand for centrifugal compressors using propene, propane and ethylene as working fluids is also on the increase. In previous years, our factory accepted the task of making PLS-2000 propylene centrifugal refrigeration compressor unit for Shanghai Takahashi Chemical Plant. As we lack the design information in this area, how to design a centrifugal compressor so that it can obtain the best efficiency and characteristic curve has become an important issue. Due to the complexity of airflow in the centrifugal compressor, up to now, it is impossible for some important components of the centrifugal compressor to calculate the loss reliably with the theoretical method.
