电视人的观众意识,是以观众为本,全心全意地为观众着想和服务于观众的思想意识。它要求电视人心中时刻装着观众,想观众之所想,急观众之所急,尽量满足观众日益增长的精神文化生活需求。这种观众服务意识主要体现为观众提供丰富多彩、质量优良的电视节目,并把观众愿不愿意看、喜不喜欢看作为节目的出发点。
