Bemosate与Diphesyl均为苏联合成的β-芳羟乙基卡胺季盐化合物,为了比较其疗效,将实验感染鼠类同刺线虫和鼠鞭虫的小鼠分成3组,按不同剂量分别进行灌胃给药治疗,鼠类同刺线虫病治疗3天,鼠鞭虫病治疗4天,治毕后48小时解剖全部动物,计算每组鼠的虫数,与对照组(未治疗)比较,以减虫率评定药物的疗效。每种制剂的不同剂量重复进行3批实验。
Bemosate and Diphesyl are the β-aryl hydroxyethylcarnamine quaternary compounds synthesized in the Soviet Union. To compare their curative effect, mice experimentally infected with thrips nematodes and rat whipworms were divided into 3 groups, Stomach administration, mice treated with thorn nematode disease for 3 days, mouse whipwormosis treatment for 4 days, 48 hours after the completion of treatment, all animals were dissected, the number of mice in each group was calculated, compared with the control group (untreated) Caterpillar rate assessment of the efficacy of drugs.
