我们研究了使用日本理学电机3014-射线衍射光谱仪,用粉末压片制样,人工合成标准样的方法定量测定烃类蒸汽转化催化剂Z—405中Al、Si、Ca、Fe、Ni、Zr六元素的制样和测量条件,以及Ni、Zr两元素的曲线校正方法。试验了制片压力、粉末粒度和研磨工具对不同元素X射线强度的影响。本方法对Al、Si、Ca、Fe各元素的测量采用了总计数法绘制工作曲线,而对Ni则用峰/2θ15°背景,Zr用峰值/2θ23.12°背景对含量作图,得到了满意的结果。实验表明:(一)用本方法测定Z—405催化剂中六个主要元素,其精密度优于化学
