目前,高职院校学生职业道德教育存在着不同程度的重认知轻养成、重学生轻教师、重人文轻职业、重技能轻素质的状况。笔者利用高职院校工学结合、校企合作的办学特点,有效整合校企资源,将“走出去”与“请进来”相结合,充分利用课堂教学,积极融入职业环境,不断深化心理健康教育,借助典型示范,切实加强师生职业道德教育,进一步强化学生职业道德意识,培养学生职业道德行为习惯,促进学生职业道德养成,真正提升高职学生职业道德素养。
At present, the professional ethics education of students in higher vocational colleges has different degrees of re-understanding of light training, heavy light of teachers, heavy emphasis on humanistic professionalism, emphasis on skill and quality of the situation. The author makes use of the combination of work and study in higher vocational colleges and school-enterprise cooperation, effectively integrates the resources of school and enterprise, combines “going out” with “please come in”, makes full use of classroom teaching, and actively integrates into the professional environment. Deepen the mental health education, with the help of typical demonstration, strengthen the professional ethics education of teachers and students, further strengthen the awareness of students’ professional ethics, cultivate students’ professional ethics and behaviors, promote the cultivation of students’ professional ethics, and truly enhance the vocational ethics of students.
