本文介绍近来正应用于神经学领域的几个检查方法。一、电生理学方面1、大脑诱发电位:据其刺激方法分为躯体性感觉诱发电位(SEP)和视觉诱发电位(VEP)两种,均在安静遮光室内进行。SEP 用离腕关节屈侧3cm 的园盘电极,对末梢神经给予0.1msec,比小鱼际肌阈值电压高10V 的刺激;VEP 用光刺激装置,间隔1~2秒给予一次。采用针电极记录,在相当两手感觉区的头皮点(Post-Rolan—dicared)和用10~20电极法的两枕部(O_2,O_2)作为活性电极,两耳为无关电极记录
