近来国内外普遍采用X射线荧光光谱分析作为水泥生产流程的在线控制分析。其制样手段大多数采用准确度较高的熔融法,但熔融法操作比较麻烦,同时低含量元素一经稀释分析精度相应下降。鉴于上述情况,我们采用直接粉末压片法,对8个水泥生料试样中9个元素进行了分析。其偏差大部分都符合NBS的波特兰水泥标准的分析要求。此外,我们还研究了水泥生料粒度对分析线强度的影响,并对“经验系数法”和“基本参数和经验系数结合法”这两种数学校正法进行了对比。
Recently, the widespread use of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry at home and abroad as a cement production process online control analysis. Most of the sample preparation methods adopt the high-accuracy melting method, but the melting method is cumbersome to operate. At the same time, the analysis accuracy of the low-content elements is reduced correspondingly. In view of the above, we use the direct powder tabletting method, analysis of nine elements in eight cement raw samples. The majority of these deviations are in line with NBS’s Portland Cement standards analysis requirements. In addition, we also studied the impact of cement raw material particle size on the strength of analytical lines, and compared the two methods of “empirical coefficient method” and “the combination of basic parameters and empirical coefficients”.
