喷雾除尘是目前应用广泛的矿井除尘方法。为深入研究入射水压对喷嘴内部流场和雾化效果的影响,利用Fluent软件对一种常用的直射型喷嘴不同入射水压下内部流场进行了仿真,得出了喷嘴内部的压力场和速度场的分布规律。指出了入射水压对喷嘴内部流场压力和速度变化和液相水分布的影响,喷嘴入射压力越大,雾化效果越好。
Spray dust is widely used in mine dust removal method. In order to further study the effect of incident pressure on the flow field and atomization effect of nozzle, the internal flow field under different incident pressure of a commonly used direct-fired nozzle was simulated by Fluent software, and the pressure field inside the nozzle and Distribution of velocity field. The effect of incident water pressure on the pressure and velocity changes and the distribution of liquid water in the nozzle is pointed out. The larger the incident pressure is, the better the atomization effect is.
