研究了自再生阴离子抑制技术,对自再生阴离子抑制器进行设计,采用贵金属电极、阳离子交换膜、阳离子交换树脂等材料制造出了自再生阴离子抑制器。通过长期运行,对自再生阴离子抑制器的抑制效率、平衡时间、稳定性、线性、准确性进行了实验。结果表明,通过测定抑制器进出口Na+浓度,得到抑制效率为99.34%;通过记录开机后的基线值,显示抑制器在5分钟内能够达到平衡状态;对5 mg/L Cl-、20 mg/L PO43-、20 mg/L SO32-、20 mg/L SO42-混合标准溶液进行6次平行测定,得到相对标准偏差(RSD)在3.3-4.9%之间;对Cl-、PO43-、SO32-、SO42-进行线性实验,得到R2在0.996-0.999之间;对自来水样进行加标回收实验,得到回收率在94.4-105.0%之间。
The self-regenerating anion suppressor was studied. The self-regenerating anion suppressor was designed. The self-regenerating anion suppressor was fabricated by using noble metal electrode, cation exchange membrane and cation exchange resin. Through long-term operation, the inhibition efficiency, equilibrium time, stability, linearity and accuracy of self-regenerating anion suppressor were tested. The results showed that the inhibitory efficiency was 99.34% by measuring the Na + concentration at the inlet and outlet of the suppressor. By recording the baseline value after powering on, the suppressor could reach the equilibrium state in 5 minutes. For 5 mg / L Cl-, 20 mg / L, PO43-, 20 mg / L SO32-, 20 mg / L SO42-mixed standard solution. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were between 3.3-4.9% , SO42- for linear experiments, R2 was found between 0.996-0.999; spiked water samples for recovery experiments, the recovery was 94.4-105.0%.
