目的 :观察不同海拔高度青年PWC1 70时功率和心率的变化 ;方法 :受试者坐于踏车功量机上 ,OW心率为未做功时对照值 ,以 2 5W开始 ,以 6 0rPm连续蹬车 ,每 3分钟递增 2 5W ,蹬车至衰竭时停止 ,用心电图机记录每个负荷末期最后 5秒的心率 ;结果 :PWC1 70在海拔 36 80m最大功率为 1 98.75W± 2 3.33W ,在海拔 41 0 0m最大功率为2 1 5.31W± 1 7.51W ,在海拔 5380m最大功率为 2 1 6 .1 7W± 30 .1 8W ,最大心率和最大功率与不同海拔高度呈直线正相关 ;结论 :海拔愈高对做功能力的影响愈大 ,心功能降低为最大做功时心率增幅减少的重要原因之一。
Objective: To observe the changes of power and heart rate of PWC1 70 young adults at different altitudes. Methods: The subjects were sitting on the treadmill weighing machine, the OW heart rate was the control value without any work, starting with 25W, Every 5 minutes, an increase of 25W was applied. When the pedaling stopped to failure, the electrocardiograph was used to record the heart rate of the last 5 seconds at the end of each load. Results: The maximum power of PWC1 70 at an altitude of 36 80m was 1 98.75W ± 2 3.33W, 0 0m maximum power of 2 1 5.31W ± 1 7.51W, the maximum power at an elevation of 5380m 2 1 6 .1 7W ± 30 .1 8W, the maximum heart rate and maximum power were positively correlated with the different altitude; Conclusion: High on the power of the greater the impact of work, reduced heart function to maximize the work done to reduce the heart rate one of the important reasons.
