经尿道前列腺电切术(简称TURP),由于病人多为老年,存在多种并存病,术中因大量非离子化溶液连续冲洗,可引起低钠血症,水中毒而导致呼吸循环衰竭,称TURP综合征。本文就近3年73例TURP病人术中监测与处理报告如下。 1 资料和方法 1.1 一般资料:本组73例均为前列腺增生症,年龄53～82岁(70岁以上44例),术前合并心血管疾病者39例(占53.4％),合并呼吸系统疾病者9例(占12.3％),合并其它疾病者7例(占9.6％)。围术期无1例死亡。

This article on the last 3 years 73 cases of TURP patient monitoring and treatment report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information: The group of 73 patients were benign prostatic hyperplasia, aged 53 to 82 years (44 patients over the age of 70), preoperative cardiovascular disease in 39 patients (53.4%), combined with respiratory diseases 9 cases (12.3%) and 7 cases (9.6%) with other diseases. Perioperative no deaths.
