铸造废砂混合料是一种细粒石英翻砂用砂,其颗粒表面覆盖着一层粘性胶质壳膜,这是在铸造过程中经温度作用后形成的。它按制备翻砂混合料所用粘结组分的种类可分为无机结合料型和有机结合料型(含苯酚甲醛树脂,尿素树脂,呋喃树脂等)。本文将讨论无机结合料型的铸造废砂混合料的应用问题。对铸造废砂混合料的物理力学性质分析后指出,由于它的分散性低(比表面积大)和孔隙率高而导致沥青用量大,故它不适宜于制造沥青混凝土。但把它用作水泥混凝土砂组分的一部分(到17%)时,却可改善水泥混凝土的性质。此外,根据铸造废砂具有的低分散性和高磨碎性的特点,磨细后作沥青混凝土矿
Foundry waste sand mixture is a fine quartz sand turning sand, the particle surface covered with a layer of viscous plastic shell film, which is formed during the casting process by temperature.
