“九五”国家支持大中型企业出台新政策 国务院近日决定对“九五”期间列入国家经贸委技改计划的国有大中型企业技改项目,进口国内不能生产的设备,可在纳税后申请退还8％的进口环节增值税,退还税款作为国有资本金注入。新政策从1997年1月1日起正式执行,对1996年4月1日以后批准可行性研究报告的项目均可享受。
