以铁作为活塞铝合金的强化元素之一,利用氩弧堆焊和氩弧重熔将合金元素熔入铝活塞环槽区域使其强化。研究了活塞环槽的氩弧强化工艺,分析了活塞铝合金的焊接性及氩弧强化区的成分、硬度和组织形态。研究表明,在铝活塞上用氩弧局部熔入合金元素时焊接性良好,焊缝组织均匀,堆焊层与基体结合良好。采用氩弧局部强化可提高环槽的硬度和高温耐磨性。
Iron as one of the strengthening elements of piston aluminum alloy, the use of argon arc welding and argon arc remelting alloying elements into the aluminum piston ring groove area to strengthen it. The argon arc strengthening process of piston ring groove was studied. The weldability and the composition, hardness and microstructure of the piston strengthened aluminum alloy were analyzed. The research shows that the weldability is good when the alloy elements are partially melted by argon arc on the aluminum piston, and the microstructure of the weld is uniform and the surfacing layer and the substrate are well bonded. Using argon arc local strengthening can improve the ring groove hardness and high temperature wear resistance.
