本文给出了根据旋耕机组的运动学特性和土壤特性而建立的旋耕机刀片的几何模型和动力学模型及以功率消耗最小为目标函数优选刀片设计参数的方法,在此基础上建立了包括图形输出在内的旋耕机刀片计算机辅助设计系统。通过设计实例的验证表明,这个系统是成功的。
In this paper, the geometrical model and dynamic model of rotary tiller blade which is established according to the kinematics and soil properties of rotary tiller and the method to optimize blade design parameters with minimum power consumption as objective function are given Rotary tiller blade CAD system including graphic output. The verification of the design example shows that this system is successful.
