发动机排气噪声是工程机械整机噪声中重要的噪声源,消声器设计水平的提高对于提升我国工程机械整机质量有重要的意义。针对叉车中某款抗性消声器进行了声学性能和流场性能的数值模拟分析,反映了消声器内的流场和声场的情况。结果表明,数值模拟方法预测消声器的声学性能和空气动力性能是有效的,对消声器研制开发具有一定的参考价值。
The engine exhaust noise is an important noise source in the whole machine noise of construction machinery. The improvement of the muffler design level is of great significance for improving the whole machine quality of construction machinery in China. A numerical simulation analysis of acoustic performance and flow field performance of a certain type of resistant muffler in a forklift reflects the flow field and the sound field in the muffler. The results show that it is effective to predict the acoustic performance and aerodynamic performance of muffler with numerical simulation method, and it is of certain reference value to the research and development of muffler.
