目的观察B超联合MRI在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法疑诊乳腺癌女性患者403例,均行B超和/或MRI检查,并与手术病理结果进行对照,比较B超、MRI及B超联合MRI诊断乳腺癌的准确率。结果 B超诊断乳腺癌的准确率、敏感度、特异度分别为84.3%,84.2%,84.4%;MRI诊断乳腺癌的准确率、敏感度、特异度分别为95.1%,97.4%,88.0%;B超联合MRI诊断乳腺癌的准确率、敏感度、特异度分别为98.4%,99.0%,94.1%;MRI,B超联合MRI诊断乳腺癌准确率、敏感度、特异度与B超比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而MRI、B超比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 B超和MRI联合检查可提高诊断乳腺癌的准确率。
Objective To observe the value of B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods A total of 403 female patients with suspected breast cancer were examined with B ultrasound and / or MRI, and compared with the surgical pathology results. The diagnostic accuracy of B ultrasound, MRI and B ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer were compared. Results The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of B ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer were 84.3%, 84.2% and 84.4% respectively. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of MRI in diagnosis of breast cancer were 95.1%, 97.4% and 88.0%, respectively. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 98.4%, 99.0% and 94.1% respectively. There was a significant difference between MRI and B-MRI in diagnosis of breast cancer with the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity and B- Statistical significance (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between MRI and B ultrasound (P> 0.05). Conclusion B-ultrasound and MRI can improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.
