从工程实践出发,以合宁高速公路扩建工程南淝河特大桥重建主桥施工为实例,介绍了PC连续箱梁临时钢管斜支撑的设计方案及现场监测结果。结合理论模型分析,并用施工全过程实测数据证实临时钢管斜支撑的安全性、可行性。文章还简要阐述和分析了临时钢管斜支撑对连续梁线形控制的影响,以便今后在桥梁施工中参考。
Starting from engineering practice, taking the construction of the main bridge of Nanning River Bridge as an example, this paper introduces the design scheme of temporary steel pipe inclined support of PC continuous box girder and on-site monitoring results. Combining with the theoretical model analysis, the safety and feasibility of the temporary steel pipe oblique support was confirmed with the data of the whole construction process. The article also briefly describes and analyzes the influence of the temporary steel pipe oblique support on the linear control of the continuous girder so as to be used as a reference in the construction of the bridge in the future.
