研究了具有金属－半导体－金属结构的探测器内部电场与其几何尺寸的关系，并求出了使探测器内部电场均匀性、稳定性达到最佳的几何条件。
The relationship between the internal electric field and the geometrical dimension of the detector with metal-semiconductor-metal structure is studied, and the geometrical conditions for the best uniformity and stability of the electric field inside the detector are obtained.
