目的：比较弹性髓内针与锁定钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨中下段粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2008年2月至2014年2月在解放军福州军区总医院第一附属医院就诊的肱骨中下段闭合粉碎性骨折的患者62例为研究对象。按治疗方法将患者随机分为弹性髓内针内固定组28例和肱骨锁定钢板内固定组34例。从功能康复、骨折愈合、术中出血量及桡神经损伤并发症等方面对两组患者进行综合评定。结果两组患者均获随访。两组患者的术中出血量、骨折愈合时间比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论应用弹性髓内针内固定较锁定钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨中下段粉碎性骨折，有一定优势，可酌情选用。“,”Objective To compare the clinical effect of elastic stable intramedullary nailing and locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of the middle-lower adult humeral comminuted fractures. Methods Totally 62 patients with humerus middle period of closed comminuted fracture in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fuzhou General Hospital from February 2008 to February 2014 were selected. They were divided into elastic stable intramedullary nailing group ( n=28 ) and locking titanium alloy plate internal fixation group (n=34). Patients in the two groups were evaluated from the functional rehabilitation,fracture healing,bleeding volume,and radial nerve injury complications and other aspects. Results The two groups of patients were well followed. There were statistically signifi-cant differences between the two groups in the functional rehabilitation,fracture healing,bleeding volume,and the incidence of radial nerve injury. Conclusion Elastic stable intramedullary nailing fixation compared with locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of the middle-lower adult humeral comminuted fracture has certain advantages.
