日前,惠普商用 PC 部合并到了惠普商用客户部,这是否会改变惠普今后在 PC 方面的投入?对于已经购买了惠普商用 PC 的用户会带来什么样的影响?为此,记者采访了惠普公司商用客户部和商用微机部总经理Richard Lee 先生。Richard Lee 指出,惠普做出这种改变,首先是为了更好地服务于“以客户为中心”的基本战略。从目前的市场情况来看,单纯以技术为中心的公司将不能获得很好的市场发展空间。人们都希望将产品标准化从而降低购买成本。而且,IT 产品的差异越来越小,即使是以技术见长的公司,其新品在市场上保持优势的时间也会比较短,厂商只有为客户提供更完善的服务才能获得更大的市场空间。就商用 PC 而言,未来商业用户最需要的不是最高配置及性能。而是针对商业用户的完善的服务。
