通过Z512钻床和自制的搅拌头进行工业纯铝板和Q235钢板的搅拌摩擦焊,用Ke Xin WDW3300万能试验机、HVS-1000A显微维氏硬度计等设备进行了焊后分析。结果表明,采用搅拌头旋转速度为2440 r/min、焊接速度为60 mm/min、预热时间为15 s,且钢置于前进边时,可以实现异种材料铝-钢连接。接头的抗拉强度达到铝板的70%,局部热影响区铝侧显微硬度提高明显,钢侧出现了针状铁素体。
The Z512 drilling machine and self-made mixing head were used for the friction stir welding of the industrial pure aluminum plate and the Q235 steel plate. The post-weld analysis was conducted on the Ke Xin WDW3300 universal testing machine and the HVS-1000A micro Vickers hardness tester. The results show that the hybrid material aluminum-steel connection can be achieved with a rotating speed of 2440 r / min, a welding speed of 60 mm / min and a preheating time of 15 s, with the steel placed on the leading edge. Tensile strength of the joint reaches 70% of the aluminum plate, microhardness of the aluminum side of the local heat-affected zone increases obviously, acicular ferrite appears on the steel side.
