过去用酸洗法除氧化皮,金属基体因被酸浸蚀而引起金属氢脆等疵病;以及若要提高酸洗法的除氧化皮率而增大其酸洗设备等缺点。现用如图1所示的电解除氧化皮方法能避免上述酸洗法的缺点,既不增大设备,除氧化皮率又高。在盛装电解液的电解槽中,设有电极2和被处理物3的装置,并分别接入直流电源4的阴极和阳极上,被处理物为阳极被电解。
In the past with the pickling descaling, metal substrates due to acid erosion caused by hydrogen embrittlement and other flaws; and to improve the pickling descaling rate and increase its pickling equipment and other shortcomings. The current method of electrolytic descaling as shown in Fig. 1 can avoid the disadvantages of the above pickling method, and neither increase the equipment nor the descaling rate. In the electrolytic cell containing the electrolytic solution, an electrode 2 and an object to be treated 3 are provided, and are respectively connected to the cathode and the anode of the DC power source 4, and the object to be treated is an anode being electrolyzed.
