21世纪是信息技术时代,以互联网为代表的各项先进技术逐渐向传统行业渗透,不断颠覆原有的价值观念和管理模式,对现代企业人力资源管理模式的影响也越来越深。基于信息技术的有效应用,包括计算机硬件、软件系统在内,对企业人力资源管理体系进行重新构建,进而实现计划、组织、协调等行为的信息化控制,是我国企业信息化建设的重要组成部分。本文以下针对这一课题展开研究,探索信息技术发展中对人力资源管理模式的影响,并提出合理的发展建议。
The 21st century is the era of information technology. The advanced technologies represented by the Internet have gradually infiltrated the traditional industries and constantly subverting the original values and management models, and have more and more profound influence on the modern enterprise’s human resources management mode. Based on the effective application of information technologies, including computer hardware and software systems, the reconstruction of human resources management system of enterprises to realize the information control of planning, organization and coordination is an important part of the construction of enterprise informatization in our country . In this paper, the following research on this topic to explore the development of information technology to human resource management mode, and put forward reasonable suggestions for development.
