以间二酚和对苯二酚二元体系为例,以甲醇-水(体积比20:80)为流动相,采用前流速度分析法测定了该体系在C18-硅胶固定相上的竞争性等温线.在相同实验条件下与传统的矩型脉冲法对该体系测定结果进行比较,结果表明,该法不仅能够准确测定二组分竞争性等温线,而且具有简单、快速等优点.
Taking the binary phenol and hydroquinone systems as an example, the methanol-water (20:80 by volume) as the mobile phase was used to determine the competition of the system on the C18-silica stationary phase Isotherm. The results of the system were compared with those of the traditional rectangular pulse method under the same experimental conditions. The results show that the method can not only accurately determine the two component competitive isotherms, but also has the advantages of simple and fast.
