目的评价Oka株水痘减毒活疫苗(Oka Strain Varicella Attenuated Live Vaccine,VarV)的保护效果。方法电子检索《美国国立生物信息中心数据库》、《中国生物医学文献数据库》、《中国期刊全文数据库》、《万方全文数据库》,将有关接种1剂Oka株VarV保护效果的研究纳入分析。使用RevMan4.2.10软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入15篇文献,8项研究为随机对照试验(Randomized Controlled Trial,RCT)/半(Semi)RCT(sRCT),7项为应急免疫后效果观察。Oka株VarV总体保护率为73%[95%可信区间(Confidence Interval,CI)为51%～85%],RCT/sRCT设计保护率为87%(95%CI:55%～96%),应急免疫保护率为46%(95%CI:16%～65%)。结论 Oka株VarV具有良好的保护效果。
Objective To evaluate the protective effect of Oka Strain Varicella Attenuated Live Vaccine (VarV). Methods The National Center for Bioinformatics Database, China Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database and Wanfang Full-text Database were electronically searched for. The study on VarV protection inoculated with one dose of Oka strain was included in the analysis. Use RevMan 4.2.10 software for statistical analysis. Results A total of 15 articles were included. Eight studies were Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) / Semi RCT (sRCT) and seven were observed after emergency immunization. The overall protection rate of VarV strain VarV was 73% [95% confidence interval (CI) 51% to 85%], and 87% (95% CI: 55% to 96%) for RCT / The rate of emergency immunization was 46% (95% CI: 16% -65%). Conclusion The VarV strain VarV has a good protective effect.
