随着微波系统小型化的需求越来越高,微带带通滤波器带内插损大,带宽不宽,带外抑制有限,且尺寸较大,不利于微波系统的集成化设计。本文采用Microwave Office和Ansoft HFSS设计并制作了一种3-12GHz的悬置微带线滤波器,并进行测试。测试结果表明:该四倍频程滤波器实际测试结果与仿真计算结果一致,性能优良,利用悬置微带线制作的宽带滤波器,可广泛用于的小型化、集成度高的微波系统。
With the increasing demand for miniaturization of microwave systems, microstrip bandpass filters with large insertion loss, low bandwidth, limited out-of-band rejection, and large size are not conducive to the integrated design of microwave systems. In this paper, Microwave Office and Ansoft HFSS design and produce a 3-12GHz suspension microstrip line filter, and tested. The test results show that the real test results of the quadruple frequency filter are in good agreement with the simulation results and have good performance. The wideband filter made of suspended microstrip line can be widely used in miniaturized and highly integrated microwave systems.
