前言由于 X 线管焦点是一个面光源,因而标志 X 线管成象性能的焦点调制传递函数(MTF)包括焦点在 X 轴方向上(即 X 线管长轴方向)和 Y 轴方向上(即 X 线管短轴方向)调制传递函数(MTF)。笔者为此对2.0mm 和1.0mm 焦点在 X 轴和 Y 轴方向上的 MTF进行了测试,其测试原理见本期学报中“X 线管焦点的调制传递函数(MTF)的测试”一文,现将测试方法和数据处理结果介绍如下。
INTRODUCTION Since the focus of an X-ray tube is a surface light source, the focus modulation transfer function (MTF) of the imaging performance of the X-ray tube includes focal point shifts in focus in the X-axis direction (ie, in the long axis of the X-ray tube) and in the Y- X-ray tube minor axis modulation transfer function (MTF). To this end, I have tested the MTFs in the X-axis and Y-axis of 2.0mm and 1.0mm focal points. The test principle is shown in this issue of “Test of Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) of X-ray Tube Focus” The test methods and data processing results are described below.
