研究了退火工艺对含钨钒高铬白口铸铁组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,采用1050℃保温4h,随后于720℃保温10h的退火工艺,硬度最低,为36HRC,机加工性能最好。
The effect of annealing process on microstructure and hardness of high chromium white cast iron with tungsten and vanadium was studied. The results showed that the lowest hardness was 36 HRC with the best annealing process with heat treatment at 1050 ℃ for 4h and then at 720 ℃ for 10h.
