目的：了解天门地区变应性鼻炎患者的变应原种类、分布情况。方法用11种变应原对天门地区变应性鼻炎疑诊患者行皮肤点刺试验，详细采集病史资料。结果710例（87％）患者变应原呈阳性反应，阳性率相对较高的变应原依次为屋尘螨、粉尘螨、无爪热带螨、德国小蠊及狗毛皮屑，单一的变应原反应阳性者少，多数为2种或2种以上发生变应原阳性反应，其中大多数是螨类，男女差异无统计学意义，儿童组与成人组变应原阳性率有统计学意义。结论天门地区变应性鼻炎的主要变应原为螨类，男女之间阳性率无明显差异，儿童阳性率高于成人。“,”Objective To evaluate the common allergens in Tianmen patients with allergic rhinitis and the distribution of allergic rhinitis in people of Tianmen.Method All suspected allergic rhinitis cases underwent skin prick tests with 11 kinds of aeroallergens.Results Among all the patients, the positive skin reaction rate was 87%.The positive rate of Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(Der p)was the highest, then followed up by Dermatophagoides farinae(Der f), Blomia tropicalis,Blatella germanica, dog hair.Most of patients who were positive reactivity in mites were concomitant reactivity to multiple allergens.There was no difference in the positive rates of skin reaction between males and fe-males, but there was statistical significance between the adult and the children(P<0.05).Conclusion Mite is the most prevalent allergen in Tianmen.The male and female had no difference in positive rates of skin reaction, and chil-dren have higher allergic positive rates than the adult.
