The popularization of the Internet has promoted the development of new media and diversified the market and audience of traditional media. This undoubtedly impacted the traditional newspaper industry to a certain extent, making it have to resolve the crisis through transformation. Accordingly, the author of this article aims at the dilemma of Metropolis Daily in the context of all media, and explores its transformation path.
