目的探讨乌药对小鼠免疫功能及大鼠实验性脂肪肝的影响。方法乌药提取液以生药4,2,1 g·kg-1连续灌胃给予小鼠30 d,测定给药后小鼠的脾脏指数、胸腺指数、对Con A诱导的淋巴细胞增殖能力及抗体生成细胞数;以生药2,1,0.5 g·kg-1灌胃给予高脂饲料致实验性脂肪肝的SD大鼠,连续给药21 d后测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)含量。结果与对照组比较,乌药4和2 g·kg-1均能显著提高胸腺指数和Con A诱导的淋巴细胞增殖能力及抗体生成细胞数;4和1 g·kg-1能显著增加脾脏指数;与模型组比较,乌药2 g·kg-1能显著降低大鼠血清TC、LDL-C、ALT、AST水平,1 g·kg-1能显著降低血清TC、AST水平。结论乌药能提高小鼠免疫功能,对大鼠因喂饲高脂饲料致实验性脂肪肝有一定的降脂和护肝作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of radix aconiti on immune function and experimental fatty liver in rats. Methods The mice were injected intragastrically with 4,2,1 g · kg-1 of crude drug for 30 days. The spleen index and thymus index of the mice after administration were measured. The proliferation of lymphocytes induced by Con A And the number of cells was generated. The rats with experimental fatty liver induced by high fat diet were gavaged with crude drug 2,1,0.5 g · kg-1 for 21 days. The serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) Results Compared with the control group, Wuxu 4 and 2 g · kg-1 could significantly increase the thymus index and Con A-induced lymphocyte proliferation and antibody-producing cells; 4 and 1 g · kg-1 could significantly increase the spleen index ; Compared with the model group, 2 g · kg-1 of UFG could significantly reduce the levels of TC, LDL-C, ALT and AST in serum and 1 g · kg-1 could significantly reduce the level of serum TC and AST. Conclusion Wuyao can improve the immune function of mice, the rats fed with high-fat diet induced fatty liver have some lipid-lowering and liver protection.
