文献报道了应用乙酸异戊酯作萃取剂酚藏花红AaBr_4~-缔合物萃取分光光度法测定微量金,其灵敏度ε为5.2×10~4。本文研究发现此显色体系若改用混合溶剂—环已烷丁酮(1:1)作萃取剂,灵敏度能获得提高,ε可达6.96×10~4。探讨了萃取比色的主要条件及其它离子的干扰,已将此法应用于岩石矿物及粗铜中微量金的分析。试验结果表明,本法的选择性、灵敏度均较满意,测定10μg/m L金的相对标准偏差为0.86%。主要试剂与仪器酚藏花红溶液(0.3%);0.2mol/L溴化钠溶液;金标准溶液:称取2.02g氯金酸于100mL烧杯中,加入50mL 1mol/L盐酸溶解,移
Reported the use of isopentyl acetate as extractant phenosafranine AaBr_4 ~ - extraction complex spectrophotometric determination of trace gold, the sensitivity ε of 5.2 × 10 ~ 4. This study found that the colorimetric system using mixed solvents - cyclohexanone (1: 1) as extractant, the sensitivity can be improved, ε up to 6.96 × 10 ~ 4. The main conditions of colorimetric extraction and the interference of other ions were discussed. This method has been applied to the analysis of trace gold in rock minerals and blister copper.
