不少学者对云南农村民族地区中小学英语教学现状和学生的学习态度和学习策略进行了研究,从不同层面证明了农村民族地区英语教学质量低,不是学生本身缺乏学好英语的资质,而是缺乏良好的教师资源和英语学习环境。我们应该结合云南农村民族地区学习者的特点,科学地探索他们学习外语的语言过程、心理过程、教育过程、把握学习规律,从而寻找最适合的外语教学模式来提高云南整体的外语教学质量和学习效率。教师专业知识和实践技能的培养在很大程度上影响着英语教师培养的质量和水平,继而影响当地中小学英语教学水平。当前,如何改革云南地州本科师范院校中英语专业学生职前教育培养模式,以促进其专业化发展已成为云南农村民族地区英语课程改革与教育实践的中心问题,也是云南地方本科院校英语教育面临着急需突破的具有重要价值的课题。
Many scholars have studied the current situation of primary and middle school English teaching in rural areas of Yunnan and the students ’learning attitudes and learning strategies.
