园本培训是提升幼儿教师专业素质、提高幼儿园教育质量的重要途径,在幼儿英语教师培训方面起到重要的作用,但是,园本培训应用于英语教师培训的实践还很薄弱。通过结合幼儿英语教师园本培训的必要性与目的,指出进行幼儿英语教师园本培训必须与幼儿园实际情况相联系,并通过三个方法指导幼儿英语教师开展六个方面内容的培训。 This training is an important way to improve the professional quality of kindergarten teachers and improve the quality of kindergarten education. It plays an important role in the training of preschool English teachers. However, the practice of applying this training to English teacher training is still very weak. By combining the necessity and purpose of preschool English teacher training, it is pointed out that the training of preschool English teachers must be related to the actual situation in kindergartens and three steps should be taken to guide the training of preschool English teachers in six aspects.
